Experience Serenity on Canandaigua Lake

Stand up paddle board yoga (SUP yoga) on the crystal clear waters of Canandaigua Lake is the perfect way to play — whether you’re a yoga newbie or you just want to take your yoga practice outside this time of year.  

Finger Lakes Yogascapes classes are suitable for all levels and no paddle boarding or yoga experience is required. Before we go out on the water, we will give you some basic on-land instructions and tips. Each class will provide a unique and enjoyable experience as we flow through yoga poses while taking in the stunning lake and scenery around us. 

FLY Instructors will offer modifications to match your comfort level, and class will always end with a rejuvenating rest in the fresh lake air. Wear comfortable clothing—activewear or bathing suits are ideal—but avoid cotton, as it can restrict movement when wet. Classes will be held barefoot.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure all of our customers have the best experience possible, we kindly ask that you contact Kaitlyn at 585-200-7209 or sup@flyogascapes.com if it is necessary to cancel your reservation. 

Customers may request a 100% refund within 24 hours notice of cancellation, otherwise we will issue a class credit. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a class pass credit or gift card.
