‘Tis the season to slow down, cuddle up, reflect and renew. Take time to reboot your health and replenish our energy – join us by the shores of Cayuga Lake at the Inns of Aurora, and by the side of a crackling fireplace.
Our Women’s Winter Yoga Escape will both inspire and relax. Your FLY teachers will help boost your immune system by reducing stress, to keep you healthy all winter long. Sip wine and indulge in chocolate, enjoy FLY’s guided self-reflection workshops to create a vision for 2018, practice both hippy yoga flows and restorative peaceful practices, with essential oils to remove the old and make room for the new. Take part in fireside chats, reiki workshops or optional spa treatments, or curl up with a book and catch up on your sleep. Weather permitting, take your yoga outside with FLY’s signature SNOWGA before coming inside with rosy cheeks to hot drinks, toasty fires and a new spark for life.
Private accommodations for our group only and many activities for the retreat are centered in the Rowland House, one of the four Inns of Aurora, a four star establishment with award winning cuisine. We will have the entire Rowland House to ourselves for this special weekend.
