For Robyn, yoga is all about connection, whether it be to one's self, the community, nature, or to a deeper level of self-discovery. Robyn is an E-RYT 500 Certified Yoga Teacher with additional credentials in Yoga4Cancer and Trauma Informed Yoga.
She has studied over 600 hours under her long time teacher and mentor, Aimee Senise of Rochester, NY. In addition to FLY, Robyn is a Studio Manager and yoga teacher at VAULT, a boutique studio in the heart of Downtown Rochester. She owns and operates Free Spirit Yoga & Reiki and is a passionate Reiki practitioner and teacher.

Kaitlyn is an RYT 500 Vinyasa and Phoenix Rising Therapeutic Yoga Teacher in Rochester, NY. Her classes emphasize alignment and strength paired with introspection. She started yoga as a teen, but always thought it was just an extension of dance. It was her first SUP Yoga class on Canandaigua Lake in 2012 that made her fall in love with yoga, and inspired her to become a yoga teacher.
