If you’re looking for a new challenge, look no further than sup yoga classes. Yoga on a stand up paddleboard will reinvigorate you — all while enjoying the natural splendor of floating on water. No experience on a board or even on a mat necessary to gain the benefits of SUP yoga. You will learn to engage your core while connecting to nature and peace and stability within.

• Tuesday evenings: SUP meditation class with Bani Aeilo

• Friday SUP classes on Conesus Lake (7/8, 7/15, 7/29, 8/12, 8/26)

• Saturdays: 8:15am SUP Yoga and 10:00am 30/30 class (1/2 Paddling 1/2 Yoga)

• SUP/Acro and SUP/Core Essentials with Joanne Wu. Details under “events”.

Group pricing: Buy five classes for the price of four.

2 people – $ 105.00 / hour

3 people – $115 / hour
