If you’re looking for a new challenge, look no further than sup yoga classes. Yoga on a stand up paddleboard will reinvigorate you — all while enjoying the natural splendor of floating on water. No experience on a board or even on a mat necessary to gain the benefits of SUP yoga. You will learn to engage your core while connecting to nature and peace and stability within.

For SUP classes to run we require 4 pre-registered participants. If a class is canceled, your money will be saved on your Mind Body account to be used for another class. If you would rather a full refund, email jen@flyogascapes.com
